* Basic Cosmetics | If you run out of tinted moisturizer or concealer, maybe something you wear regularly then..sure. Get what you need here.
* Health and Wellness | meaning if you have a membership or go to yoga often…please don’t skip out on that. However, we are not going to be stocking up on the latest $200 face serum or those brand new, summer colored leggings. Wahhh.
*Required Clothing Items | pretty much just undergarments and socks and anything that get’s lost, stolen or ruined (holes, stains, etc. knock on wood. this really doesn’t happen often?)
* Gifts For Others | ONLY when there is an occasion for it. If it’s your love language or your partner’s love language fear not, there are many other ways to love.
* Dinner + Drinks | For me this is pretty necessary for client meetings…and I know it’s a tough one for social hour. Let’s limit it to 1 x week (unless work related). There are so many other things to do besides eating and drinking. People need to chill on all that!
WHAT YOU CAN’T BUY:
books + magazines
home decor items (including candles. sigh.)
electronics + other gadgets
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO BUY BEFORE THE 6 WEEKS IS UP?
One of two things, dealer’s choice: either venmo every participant the total amount you spent (if you bought a $20 candle, you have to venmo everyone $20) or take us all out to dinner at a restaurant of our choice before July 1.
